Shakespeare’s immortal words come to life in the school’s annual drama competition. The four houses get together and work as a team to write the script, organize props, costumes and put their best acting skills on display to earn the coveted trophy and house points! Every year a theme is chosen and houses work on this topic.
They write scripts, creatively cast characters, very well plan and direct the play and perform it for the pride and prestige of their houses. The competition also helps them appreciate their friends’ good performances in drama and helps them get rid of stage fear. This is also an opportunity for them to pay attention to their dialogue delivery, intonation, voice modulation and use of language.
